A centralized platform that routes internal data and databases to manage outreach.

 

Medialink’s outreach and tentpole programs were hampered by fragmented data, inconsistent contact records, and manual tracking—making coordination slow and error-prone. Goodlink solves this by aggregating internal data sources into a unified workspace where teams can manage outreach pipelines, assign owners, and run tentpole activations from a single place.

I led the UX and product direction: we built a functional contact & management portal serving as an routing layer that reduces friction for contact and asset metadata, combined with an outreach workflow engine to manage processes and statuses.
Additional features included tentpole manager that interacts with the executives B2B partners, client pitching/ scheduling, and comprehensive reporting.
