The process

Defining the Problem Space

Journey map of an agent

Worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders to align on platform direction across multiple business units. The platform was significantly delayed and over budget, requiring a full reset of product direction and rediscovery for agency alignment.

The challenge was uniting four offices, each agent does slightly different workflows, i.e organization preference, so key was to breakdown overall objectives & group language/actions into common buckets. i.e London has different process than Nashville based on U.K. events.

What we aimed early on for mapping very clearly the immediate blockers for the agents based on daily workflows. We knew we needed the product to accomplish agents dynamic workflows & develop insights to enable agency growth.

Key Workflows

routing grid / actions

Built to handle complex constraints across venues, dates, and negotiations while maintaining visibility across teams.

tour Creation / Routing

Process for adding show details including tour creation & a custom repeat event calendar function.

Alternate Routing

Another unique workflow, the ability to create a secondary route, copying previous data allowing to ideate another route.

What took 4-5 hours, was able to be completed in less than 20 minutes.

Deal flow

The overarching goal was always to give the agents the ability to draft a show & be able to build upon that up until the contracting portion of the deal.
